Tourette Clinic News

We have recently arranged to offer follow-up appointments to patients who live outside of Calgary via Telehealth.  This allows families to travel to their local hospital and communicate with our clinic doctors through videoconferencing, therefore minimizing time spent in travel and away from school/work.

Dr Pringsheim has also recently joined the COPE (Community Outreach in Pediatrics/Psychiatry and Education) program, which provides school-based medical consultation as a means to improve a student's success at school.

We are working with the executive of the Calgary Resource Unit of the Tourette Syndrome Foundation of Canada to organize a spring walk to raise awareness in the community about Tourette Syndrome.
