Stroke Rehabilitation

Our spasticity program continues to grow with 90 new patients and almost 500 repeat injection patients last year. Joining Dr Stephen McNeil and Dr Kenneth Lam is Dr. Sean Dukelow who will bring a significant research component to the program. 

Dr. McNeil was the scientific chair of the 2008 Canadian Botulinum Toxin Conference – Spasticity Section.

In 2008 the stroke rehab program had 190 new inpatient consults, 16 new outpatient consults and 500 follow up visit. In addition on a weekly basis throughout the year consultation and follow up service was provided at the rehab unit at the Fanning Centre.
