Dr John Latter honoured ...

Announcement from Dr Greg Cairncross, Head of the Department of Clinical Neurosciences:

Please join me in congratulating John Latter, recipient of the Canadian Association of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Award of Merit. This Award is attributed to a member of the CAPM&R who has made a contribution to the field of physiatry, through research, education, advocacy, medical care, humanitarianism, mentorship or the advancement of PM&R.

This Award is well deserved.

As a proof of John's effort, it is also my pleasure to announce that the three R5s residents have successfully passed their Royal College examinations. Congratulations to Arun Gupta, Darren Gumbs and Lee Burkholder.

John founded the training program and has single-handedly developed the program while also leading the Division.

It reflects well on the Department of Clinical Neurosciences.
